Job Description

Sales Representative for leading motorcycle equipment distributor in Europe. Driving growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies in an all-remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales activities and revenue responsibility
  • Customer support and relationship management: You build trusted customer relationships and provide tailored solutions for individual requirements.
  • Proposal and contract negotiations: You prepare compelling proposals and conduct professional pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Market and competitor analysis: You proactively identify sales opportunities, market potential and trends.
  • Reporting and documentation: Preparing sales and visit reports comes naturally to you.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Representation and presentations at trade shows, industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
  • Relevant vocational training or degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer agreements
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous for international markets
  • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
  • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
  • Sales mindset: motivated, structured, independent, customer-oriented, result- and solution-focused, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
