Job Description
Financial Professional providing client engagement and support in financial services through phone, email, and chat. Building relationships and assisting clients with their financial goals remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance
- Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable’s full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively
- Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions
- Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve
- Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience
- Collaborate closely with Financial Professionals to support client relationships and enhance overall service delivery
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services
- Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 (or equivalent)
- Life Insurance licenses
- Six to eight years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client‑focused environment
