Job Description

Founding AI Sales Account Executive role at BRDGIT to learn AI consulting and build a pipeline. Modeled for driven individuals to turn performance into a full-time role in tech sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn AI consulting firsthand by working closely with BRDGIT’s COO, AI Consultants, and engineers
  • Build your own book of business across The Charlotte Metro Area (SMB owners, founders, operators)
  • Develop the ability to sell AI services, from simple solutions to complex, multi-agent AI blueprints and implementations
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, networking, door knocking, etc.) to generate and book meetings
  • Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities quickly
  • Close deals ($3K–$30K/month) with support from BRDGIT leadership and earn 25% of each first invoice
  • Strengthen your personal brand by building real authority in AI
  • Build pipeline in industries such as furniture/custom manufacturing, commercial interiors, logistics, construction trades, professional services, medical/wellness, property/facilities services, and light industrial businesses.

Requirements:

  • Tech-fluent. You use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools regularly.
  • You’re curious about how it all works.
  • Articulate. You can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything.
  • Unafraid of a door. Walking into a business and introducing yourself doesn’t scare you.
  • Coachable. You take feedback without defensiveness. You apply it. You ask for more.
  • Willing to bet on yourself. You understand that no base for 90 days is scary, and you’re willing to do it because you believe in what you can produce.
  • Industry-curious. You do not need to be an expert in every local industry, but you are willing to learn how real operators make money, where their workflows break, and how AI can help them move faster.
