Job Description
Founding Senior Software Engineer building scalable AI-powered information intelligence systems at Clipbook. Developing production LLM workflows, APIs, and core systems for 200+ customers.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build core systems
- Drive key architectural decisions across the technology stack
- Own feature development end-to-end
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into real-world production workflows, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt execution, agentic systems, and fine-tuned models
- Design systems that scale as the company grows 10x
- Balance near-term practical investments against future scalability needs
- Develop performant APIs and internal services
- Ensure reliability, security, and a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years building and scaling production systems
- Strong backend fundamentals including services, data models, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Depth in one or more of: Spark, Kafka, Flink, BigQuery, streaming pipelines, ETL at scale; high-volume scaling, fault tolerance, eventual consistency; LLMs in production, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, inference optimization; Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, high-concurrency systems
- Availability to begin full-time employment immediately
