Job Description
Monteur vidéo freelance créant des publicités UGC et VSL performantes pour CHASR, agence spécialisée en social ads Meta et TikTok. Optimisation des hooks, du storytelling et des déclinaisons créatives.
Responsibilities:
- Turn raw footage into high-performing UGC ads
- Structure and edit long-form or semi-long-form VSL videos designed to drive sales
- Adapt edits to the conventions of TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads
- Optimize pattern interrupts, pacing, subtitles, and sound design
- Create multiple variations of the same concept to test different hooks, angles, and rhythms
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists on concepts and scripts
- Contribute to the overall performance of advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong experience editing performance-focused UGC and/or VSL videos
- Interest in motion design
- Strong understanding of social ad conventions (TikTok / Meta)
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention
- Ability to turn simple raw footage into highly engaging, conversion-optimized videos
- Strong marketing acumen
- Self-motivated, fast, and detail-oriented
- No spelling mistakes or safe-zone errors
- Ability to meet deadlines
