Job Description
Front-End Developer customizing and building WordPress themes with the potential for growth to full-time at Media Cause, a nonprofit-focused digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Most of your early work will involve customizing and building WordPress themes using PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Over time, you'll also gain experience working on marketing technology (MarTech) projects — like integrating with APIs or tools like HubSpot.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of HTML & CSS
- Experience with or interest in learning Sass
- Basic knowledge of PHP, especially in WordPress
- Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals
- Some experience using Git
- Prior hands-on WordPress work (even personal or practice projects)
- Basic understanding of Advanced Custom Fields (WordPress plugin)
- Interest in learning how APIs and MarTech stacks work
