Job Description
Full-Stack AI Engineer building AI-enabled manufacturing and supply chain products at Nagarro. Integrating LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows across frontend and backend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks
- Integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities into products
- Build agent-based workflows and copilots for planners, buyers, and operations teams
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Develop AI-enabled experiences for forecasting, recommendations, and master-data management
- Use AI-first engineering approaches for design, coding, testing, and documentation
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong React, TypeScript, and Node.js skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
- Strong Azure, CI/CD, and containerization experience
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or Microsoft Copilot
- Preferred: Agentic AI, supply chain/forecasting, planning, or data engineering experience
