Job Description
Full-Stack Designer creating modern mobile app experiences for a client in the sustainability space. Join a fast-moving U.S. startup in a high-craft, AI-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful, modern, expressive mobile app experiences.
- Prototype interactions, animations, and micro-moments that make the app feel alive.
- Craft high-polish UI using strong visual storytelling.
- Build and maintain the client’s mobile design system.
- Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and AI-first engineers.
- Explore creative directions and push the visual language forward.
- Integrate AI-native ideas and flows into the product.
Requirements:
- Strong mastery of Figma: Auto Layout, variants, tokens, prototyping, motion, clean structure, naming, reusable components.
- Experience designing end-to-end mobile app experiences.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and iterate fast.
- Eye for detail: spacing, rhythm, typography, hierarchy, vibes.
- Curiosity for AI tools (Cursor, Lovable, Jitter, etc).
- Startup energy: fast, fearless, collaborative.
