Job Description
Fullstack Developer in a team creating SaaS solutions for Construction and Compliance industries. Engaging in quality-driven software engineering and utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to robust, sustainable, and results-oriented solutions;
- Work with technical autonomy, collaborating on planning and mentoring more junior developers;
- Participate in building a software engineering environment driven by quality, performance, and continuous improvement;
- Use AI tools (such as Windsurf, Copilot, JetBrains AI, Anthropic) to accelerate development and test automation;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes;
- Technologies in our stack include: Java, Spring, React, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Hibernate, and others.

Requirements:
- Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.);
- Experience with React.js, including hooks, componentization, and integration with REST APIs;
- Strong experience with unit testing;
- Solid application of SOLID principles and mastery of Design Patterns;
- Practical knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture;
- Experience with PostgreSQL;
- Experience with Java application servers, especially WildFly;
- Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
