Job Description
Associate GenAI Engineer developing AI solutions at Huron, leading implementation projects and collaborating with teams to enhance business performance. Help clients drive growth with advanced technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop agent components and templates for the Collaboratory
- Lead small-scale implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders and team members
- Create and maintain standardized documentation and “recipe cards” for AI solutions
- Conduct quality assurance testing and debugging of agent components
- Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to improve solution offerings
- Facilitate user training sessions and support enablement events
- Maintain version control documentation and update logs for Collaboratory items
- Assist in packaging common support requests into reusable agent components
- Support junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in technology support, AI implementation, or related roles
- Proficiency with Generative AI tools, APIs, and automation concepts
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and documentation/version control tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
