Job Description

General Manager for architecting and launching a premier Insurance vertical within Madrivo ecosystem. Focusing on growth strategies and exceptional ROAS for carrier partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, launch, and dominate a premier Direct-to-Consumer Insurance vertical within the Madrivo ecosystem.
  • Own the entire lifecycle of the Insurance vertical—from sales and strategic partnerships to monetization optimization and media strategy.
  • Delivery of exceptional ROAS for carrier partners, maximizing yield for publishers, and ensuring a seamless high-intent experience for consumers.
  • Establish a high-growth Insurance vertical achieving $5M in top-line revenue with a minimum 20% gross margin.
  • Extract an additional 5% margin through sophisticated post-monetization strategies.
  • Establish the #1 Insurance offer within the Madrivo network, consistently delivering the highest eCPM for publishers.
  • Build a roadmap that accelerates a 5-year enterprise strategy, creating a vertical with massive standalone asset value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven success within the Insurance lead generation space (Auto, Health, Life, or Medicare).
  • Track record of building an Insurance vertical for an aggregator or agency from scratch, specifically leading demand for a $25M+ annual revenue business.
  • Experience closing, onboarding, and scaling top buyers of leads, clicks, and calls in the Insurance industry.
  • Understanding of the consumer journey from first click to final policy.
  • Experience orchestrating monetization throughout that journey to maximize yield.
  • Led media buying strategies (Search, Social, Native, or Email) that resulted in positive yield and high ROAS for buyers.
