Job Description
Customer service agent handling vehicle replacement reservations remotely for SIXT. Collaborating with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns and accidents
- Work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies
- Processing orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone
- Creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English ; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
