Job Description
German Speaking Agent handling customer requests for vehicle replacements in a remote team for Sixt. Requires fluency in German and English, offering flexible remote work and attractive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service during vehicle breakdowns and accidents
- Process customer requests via email or phone
- Create orders and book requested replacement vehicles
- Liaise with various insurance companies and roadside assistance providers
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work well in a team

- Basic experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook)
