Job Description
Customer Service Agent ensuring customers receive replacement vehicles in breakdown situations. Working remotely while collaborating with insurance and roadside assistance companies for prompt support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure private customers receive replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns and accidents
- Process orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone
- Collaborate with various insurance and roadside assistance companies
- Create orders and reserve requested vehicles
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Team collaboration in an international and dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
