Job Description

Global HR SuccessFactors Project Manager leading Innomotics’ worldwide HR systems transformation. Managing Talent Suite projects, governance, optimization, vendors, and change adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SuccessFactors-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Act as the bridge between Global Process Owners, HRBPs, HR Operations, IT, and external vendors
  • Moderate design and review sessions and act as a key counterpart for HRIS infrastructure
  • Manage regular SuccessFactors releases with the provider and internal stakeholders
  • Develop internal and external relationships and provide client support to teams across the area of responsibility
  • Serve as the central escalation point for SuccessFactors Talent topics
  • Define, document, and maintain standardized SuccessFactors processes
  • Advise HR teams on continuous optimization of Talent processes, interfaces, and other systems and modules
  • Coordinate requirement analysis and system enhancements with external vendors
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Develop and support change initiatives for system enhancements
  • Create communication plans, training materials, and user guides to drive adoption

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration (HR/IT focus), Information Technology, or similar
  • Long-term work experience in HR, ideally including HR Service Delivery
  • Several years working with HR cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors Talent Suite, including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, LMS, and Release Management
  • Experience in HRIT, digital transformation, and global project leadership
  • Hands-on experience in process and system design, including ownership responsibilities
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across cultures
  • Excellent customer service skills in supporting HR team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills within the organization
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and present them clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and standardization
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate future needs and plan system evolution
  • Fluent in English
  • German is a plus
