Job Description
Global Key Account Manager managing top customers within Softlines. Focusing on customer retention, business development, and relationship building within the international textiles market.
Responsibilities:
- Retain assigned top customers and nurture key relationships
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients
- Research market opportunities and oversee growth projects
- Establish plans for development of assigned accounts
- Work in strategic planning, sales management, and prospecting
- Support implementation of Global business strategy and work with operational managers to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in international core Softline team and collect market intelligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, social sciences, sustainability)
- Good understanding of international textiles/garments business
- Experience in Softlines market (ideally with experience at retail and specialized retail Softlines)
- Previous experience of working in a customer-facing/customer care role
- Previous experience of working in business development role
- Fluency in both English and German language
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
