Job Description

Global Partnerships Manager growing sponsorship revenue and strategic partnerships for PBR, the world’s premier bull riding organization. Managing sponsors, sales pipelines, proposals, and commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of sponsors and strategic partners
  • Ensure partnership obligations are delivered to a high standard
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, renew, and expand current agreements
  • Set and track weekly prospecting and outreach targets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
  • Identify and prioritise high-value partnership opportunities
  • Lead outreach, meetings, pitches, and negotiations
  • Monitor and analyse conversion rates
  • Optimise sales strategies using performance data and insights
  • Report on pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue forecasts
  • Develop and maintain a strategic partnership calendar
  • Align partnership activity with organisational milestones, campaigns, and events
  • Develop partnership decks, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintain tailored sales collateral and update messaging
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Develop new partnership assets, concepts, and commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to package existing and new assets effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic planning and organisational capabilities
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience developing sales collateral and partnership proposals
