Job Description

GTM AI Engineer building AI agents and workflows for Motive’s fleet-operations platform. Automating Deal Desk processes and scaling secure internal tools for Sales and GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Deal Desk bottlenecks and automate them using AI
  • Design human-in-the-loop validation, audit trails, and fallback rules for Deal Desk agents
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and pricing approval matrices
  • Prototype, develop, scale, beta test, maintain, and continuously improve internal GTM/Deal Desk AI tools
  • Build agents and workflows using Glean, Salesforce, Agentforce, ClaudeForce, and n8n
  • Develop front-end applications using Retool, Cursor, React, or similar tools
  • Integrate enterprise data and APIs securely
  • Create prompts and workflows for Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
  • Ensure agents and applications follow UX best practices for less technical business users
  • Manage production use-case costs and test LLM models to balance performance and token consumption
  • Create and maintain solution documentation
  • Train end users on launched tools
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Product, ESYS, and business stakeholders to identify use cases, launch tools, and measure adoption and business impact

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience
  • Experience solving business challenges with tooling, building and deploying internal tools, automations, data products, or AI-enabled workflows in an enterprise environment
  • Relevant backgrounds may include AI/ML engineering, Salesforce or business systems, data, software development, or workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms
  • Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including context windows, token consumption, compute cost, chunking, and performance benchmarks
  • Understanding of API usage, limitations, rate limits, and scalable API use across data sources and LLMs
  • Understanding of scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python fundamentals
  • Experience using foundational models including Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, and others through web interfaces and APIs
  • Familiarity with the agentic landscape, including orchestration layers, MCP, Agent2Agent, Agentforce, and ClaudeForce
  • Experience building agents, workflows, or React-based user interfaces directly within Salesforce is preferred
  • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
