Job Description
Head of AI Search developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies for an SEO software company. Leading a team and enhancing client engagement through AI-driven search systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including AI search optimization and enterprise-scale initiatives
- Analyze search engine algorithm updates and assess impact on client performance and strategy
- Personally manage and execute strategy for high-value and complex client accounts
- Manage, mentor, and develop SEO team members (3–5+)
- Contribute to internal and external thought leadership around SEO, AI search, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Senior-level SEO leader with deep expertise in technical SEO and AI-driven search systems
- Experience managing SEO teams of 3–5+ people
- Expert-level technical SEO knowledge, including Crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals and page experience, Structured data, Log file analysis
- Proven experience with enterprise SEO strategy and large-scale site optimization
- Deep understanding of modern AI search systems (LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, BERT/MUM)
- Comfort engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders
