Job Description
Head of Data Intelligence responsible for building a team and data strategy at Supabase. Driving data-driven decision making and operationalizing metrics for growth and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build & Lead the Team: Develop and lead a team of analysts
- Own the Data Strategy: Scale analytics at Supabase
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Work with Engineering, Growth, and Go-to-Market leaders
- Operationalize Metrics: Track health metrics and insights
- Champion Data Culture: Foster a data-centric culture
- Solve Complex Problems: Provide actionable insights
- Unlock Growth Opportunities: Drive customer conversion and retention
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy of data insights
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Analytical Excellence
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Bias for Action: Self-starter who takes ownership
- Strategic Problem Solving
- Communication Superpowers
- Organizational Growth: Experience scaling a data-driven team
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Modern Stack Experience: Familiarity with PostHog, Segment, BigQuery, dbt, Hex
