Job Description

Global Feasibility Analytics Lead in a biopharmaceutical organization, focusing on independent project feasibility assessments. Responsible for analyzing data to support country strategies and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Global Feasibility business deliverables while working independently with minimal oversight, across all indications.
  • Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work effectively to meet established objectives.
  • Responsible for research and analysis of data to support the development of country and site strategies for proposal and independent project feasibility assessments, as well as troubleshooting project issues.
  • Provides additional informatics and intelligence around patient access and country suitability, competitive environment, enrollment analysis, and supportive enrollment modelling.
  • Attends strategy calls and liaises with Business Unit representatives, Medical Directors, Proposal Analysts, and Business Development to review sponsor requirements and protocols for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • May act as departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools, processes and may act as Lead for departmental development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Preferred BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research
  • Working independently in a virtual team environment
  • Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies
  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO industry
  • Effective sales and bid text development
  • Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives
  • Attention to detail
  • Mentoring and training capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
  • Superior time management skills; ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, as well as work collaboratively as part of a team
