Job Description

HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, supporting Care organization by collaborating with leaders and resolving complex HR issues. Focusing on building high-performing teams through coaching and performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Care Team leaders to refine roles and responsibilities across the organization
  • Advise frontline managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics throughout the Tech org
  • Drive the execution of our performance culture
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters or organizational bottlenecks within the Care team
  • Act as the "go-to" person for all things People-related within your assigned functions
  • Partner with other HRBPs and the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience for your business groups
  • Assist leaders in planning their team structures and headcount needs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech organizations
  • Ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to exempt and non-exempt team members
  • Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
