Job Description
HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, supporting Care organization by collaborating with leaders and resolving complex HR issues. Focusing on building high-performing teams through coaching and performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Care Team leaders to refine roles and responsibilities across the organization
- Advise frontline managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics throughout the Tech org
- Drive the execution of our performance culture
- Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters or organizational bottlenecks within the Care team
- Act as the "go-to" person for all things People-related within your assigned functions
- Partner with other HRBPs and the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience for your business groups
- Assist leaders in planning their team structures and headcount needs
Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech organizations
- Ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to exempt and non-exempt team members
- Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
