Job Description
HR Business Partner advising Instacart’s Marketing and Communications leaders. Shaping organizational design, leadership development, retention, and change management for the grocery delivery platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing & Communications leaders at the Senior Director and VP levels
- Shape how leaders build, develop, and retain their teams
- Drive proactive organizational design, leadership coaching, and scalable people practices
- Surface talent trends and retention risks
- Develop a cohesive talent strategy covering attraction, engagement, and development of diverse, high-caliber talent
- Own communication strategies and change management plans end-to-end
- Bring business context to People Team Centers of Excellence planning and ensure programs have impact
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company
- 7+ years of overall HR or related experience
- Ability to independently lead performance management, organizational design, calibration, engagement, and leadership development
- Experience coaching and influencing Director and VP+ level leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft narratives, build change management plans, and influence across organizational levels
- Analytical mindset using data and financial metrics for actionable insights and strategic planning
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to company-wide priorities
- Working knowledge of employment law and its application in people operations
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
