Job Description
Personalreferent:in rekrutiert und koordiniert Eventpersonal für DateYorks Speed-Dating- und Single-Events. Verantwortlich für Bewerbungsgespräche, Personalplanung und den Ausbau des Personalpools.
Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit new moderators, event guides, and event staff for events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Conduct telephone interviews.
- Independently manage event staffing from the initial inquiry through to final placement.
- Make calls, send messages, and follow up to fill open positions.
- Quickly find replacements in the event of last-minute cancellations.
- Support existing event staff and coordinate assignments.
- Ensure that event staff receive important information and briefings on time.
- Continuously expand the staffing pool so that new cities can be staffed quickly with reliable personnel.
- Take responsibility for staffing larger You-and-Mee events, including Halloween and New Year's Eve.
Requirements:
- You have excellent spoken and written German skills and can independently write professional, friendly emails.
- You enjoy speaking on the phone and approach different people openly, warmly, and confidently.
- You are extremely reliable and dependable.
- You work independently, think proactively, and actively look for solutions when problems arise.
- You work quickly and with focus, follow through, and ensure that tasks are genuinely completed.
- You are well organized and can keep track of multiple events, cities, and contacts.
- You have a good understanding of people and can assess who is reliable and a good fit for the events.
- You are digitally savvy and learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Experience in recruiting, HR, event management, customer service, or sales is an advantage, but not required.

- A fixed three-day workweek: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- €17 gross per hour for 18 hours per week.
