Job Description
HR Business Partner aligning employee relations, compliance, and people programs at REE Medical. Managing investigations, leave, ADA accommodations, onboarding, engagement metrics, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational and team goals and develop aligned HR strategies.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and administrative support to business leaders.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and harassment claims.
- Conduct and oversee workplace investigations with HR Managers and General Counsel.
- Identify team development needs, including training, coaching, and team development.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and minimize disruption to morale and operations.
- Support employees across onboarding, leave of absence, performance management, benefits, and separations.
- Own the employee onboarding experience and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Administer FMLA, state leaves, personal leave, and other leave programs across all 50 states.
- Manage the ADA accommodations process, including the interactive process, intake, documentation, communication, and scheduling.
- Maintain and manage company HR policies and procedures for compliance.
- Partner with the Human Resources Manager on HR program delivery.
- Track HR KPIs and metrics related to engagement, retention, turnover, hiring, onboarding, and training compliance.
- Own employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback cycles, and recognition programs.
- Sponsor HR cross-functional committees and serve as the HR stakeholder for aligned programs.
- Balance multiple responsibilities, troubleshoot within established guidelines, make timely decisions, and provide transparent project reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/Human Resources Business Partner experience, covering most or all areas of the HR function.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience collaborating with or supporting supervisors or managers within an organization driving delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, or other People functional tools and automation systems.
- Highly organized with multi-tasking skills and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the leadership team.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- HR Certification required.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship provided.
