Job Description
Human Resources Management Consultant providing consulting services to commercial, government, and non-profit organizations. Partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services throughout the Washington, DC metro area
- Partner with organizational leadership to align human resources strategy with business objectives
- Serve as trusted advisors
- Maintain subject matter expertise in HR operational and tactical areas
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in Human Resources
- A bachelor’s and/or professional certification is required
- Broad and advanced generalist skills in most tactical and operational components of Human Resources
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
