Job Description
Bosch HVAC Account Manager selling York and Bosch residential and commercial equipment to contractors. Growing dealer partnerships, customer share of wallet, and market share in Knoxville.
Responsibilities:
- Represent York Factory Direct and promote the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market
- Sell residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors
- Sign new York Dealers and recruit new customers into the York family
- Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet and market share
- Develop in-depth understanding of residential and commercial product offerings
- Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues
- Quote light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies
- Select products and offer alternative solutions to save customers energy and costs
- Make proactive customer calls to drive sales and increase margins
- Enter orders and track shipments when necessary
- Provide post-sale support
- Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing
- Perform other duties as directed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and decision-making skills (preferred)
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation (preferred)
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check before the start date
