Job Description
Product Owner at Rocket Code responsible for designing and implementing workflows using n8n. Collaborating with various teams to optimize automation solutions and drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex workflows in n8n.
- Integrate services using REST APIs (with OAuth2 authentication, API Key, etc.).
- Customize n8n nodes using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement business logic within automated workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams.
- Document processes and maintain workflow repositories.
- Perform testing, error handling, and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using n8n (self-hosted or cloud).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ideally TypeScript).
- Good command of RESTful APIs and JSON formats.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Version control skills with Git.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Linux environments for n8n deployment (desirable).
- Logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good technical communication skills.
- Results-oriented and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in business process automation (RPA).
- Knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, Integromat, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP, and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Experience developing custom extensions/nodes in n8n.
- Intermediate technical English.
- Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
