Job Description

Implementation Administrator managing transformative SaaS onboarding projects for Verity Solutions. Guiding clients through software implementation and ensuring operational excellence in the 340B program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable success.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer project leads to understand their 340B program goals and tailor solutions.
  • Analyze customer systems and data to configure software accurately and optimize workflows.
  • Provide comprehensive training to enable confident use of Verity software and smooth transition to live operations.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert, escalating technical needs and coordinating internal resources as required.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Account Management to align expectations and deliver operational excellence.
  • Facilitate proactive communication with customers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for implementation workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer-facing technology roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting data and configuration issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading customer training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with 340B programs or pharmacy operations.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Background in onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software solutions.
