Job Description
Implementation Services Manager at LogicGate focusing on GRC strategies and solutions for mid-market organizations and large enterprises. Driving customer onboardings and leveraging AI innovation for better outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end
- Use LogicGate’s AI-driven assistant, Config Newton to automate work
- Proactively solve upstream business problems to prevent churn
- Contribute to reducing implementation timelines through efficiency and AI
- Act as a trusted advisor, using exceptional listening to understand business problems
- Design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud applications
- Maintain a bias for action by saying “yes” to challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience being scrappy and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- 4+ years in software implementations, consulting, or project management
- 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields
- Strong interest in AI and proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while working effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced technical knowledge in Excel or similar products
