Job Description

In-App Sales Executive driving new business development for Assertive Yield's AI-powered platform in the mobile app ecosystem. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound pipeline development through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through research, referrals, industry conferences, networking, and creative outreach
  • Run high-quality demos that translate Assertive Yield's optimization technology into clear commercial outcomes
  • Lead publisher and SSP-facing conversations around programmatic monetization, mediation strategy, Prebid Mobile, SDK onboarding, auction performance, header bidding, and yield optimization
  • Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene throughout your pipeline
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful onboarding, operational alignment, and long-term account growth
  • Partner with these same teams on strategic GTM initiatives, including publisher presentations, monetization recommendations, case studies, and market intelligence
  • Represent Assertive Yield externally at industry conferences, client meetings, webinars, and networking events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B tech sales experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the mobile in-app programmatic ecosystem, including SDKs, mediation, header bidding, Prebid Mobile, and major mobile SSPs and exchanges
  • Familiarity with major gaming and mobile monetization platforms such as AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob, and Unity
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with a consultative approach to navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Existing relationships across the mobile app publisher and SSP ecosystem are strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English, with experience selling across the US and/or EMEA markets
