Job Description
Information Governance & Litigation Support Analyst managing legal hold and information governance capabilities. Collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and support information management.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and mature enterprise legal hold and information governance capabilities.
- Support the full legal hold lifecycle, maintain partnerships with relevant departments.
- Ensure defensible preservation, retention, and disposition practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4 years combined experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, audit, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or IT (Preferably administering M365 retention and/or eDiscovery).
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with M365 data lifecycle management and eDiscovery tools.
