Job Description
Infrastructure Engineer managing hardened production blockchain environment for N3XT. Leading blockchain node orchestration and cryptographic key lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of our hardened production environment
- Orchestrate blockchain nodes and manage cryptographic key lifecycles
- Build comprehensive surveillance systems for on-chain activity
- Architect and manage a multi-provider node network
- Design and implement real-time surveillance for all smart contract events
- Manage institutional-grade FIPS 140-2/3 Level 3 HSMs and MPC systems
- Build high-availability systems for real-time reconciliation between off-chain accounting and public blockchain state
- Lead the deployment of upgradeable smart contracts
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE managing production-grade nodes
- Proven experience building real-time dashboards and alerting for blockchain events
- Deep hands-on experience with hardware-backed key management (HSMs)
- Strong command of Solidity (EVM) and/or Rust (Solana)
- Expert proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines
