Job Description

Inside Sales Representative handling lead generation and conversion for Nidra Therapy at Noctrix Health. Engaging prospective customers and converting interest into qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, including phone calls, email, text messaging, and other digital channels
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunities
  • Educate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients while effectively handling objections
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and sales performance goals
  • Manage and track all prospect interactions and sales activities within Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Access teams to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and customer experience
  • Provide feedback on messaging, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality to improve overall sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts while ensuring data integrity within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, lead generation, business development, or customer acquisition experience (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach activities
  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers in a structured sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
