Job Description
Project Manager leading EMEA TSA exit integration for Waters’ life-sciences technology business. Coordinating multi-country plans, governance, risks, workshops, and transition handovers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the EMEA Bioscience integration lead and team members to ensure TSA exit plans are fit for purpose and delivered on time and in scope
- Support the design and execution of TSA exit workshops across countries and functions, and drive resulting actions to closure
- Own the EMEA integrated plan across workstreams, including milestones, owners, dependencies and critical path aligned to TSA exit dates
- Hold owners to commitments, identify slippage early and agree recovery actions
- Assess the impact of scope and change on the plan, resources and exit dates
- Enhance and run the EMEA governance approach across functions and teams
- Ensure effective decision-making through accurate definition, implementation and recording
- Produce concise, accurate status and briefing reports/material for leadership
- Maintain the Risk, Actions, Issues and Dependency log
- Manage inter-business and functional dependencies
- Consolidate country and hub input and surface local constraints
- Lead current-state mapping and gap tracking, and establish program trackers, templates and reporting standards
- Transfer documentation, ownership and residual actions cleanly to business as usual as workstreams and services close
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management or a related field
- Formal project or program management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent)
- 5+ years in project and program management, including leading cross-functional programs to delivery in a multi-country environment is advantageous
- Experience in management consulting or a Big 4 professional services firm, particularly in M&A, integration, separation or transformation engagements, is an advantage
- Direct experience of post-merger integration, carve-out, TSA exit or major system migration is strongly preferred
- Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is advantageous, as is a commercial or sales operations background
- Ability to build and maintain an integrated multi-workstream plan
- Ability to design and run governance and hold senior stakeholders to the cadence
- Workshop facilitation and action/owner management
- Risk and process management, including structured RAID logs, process mapping and gap analysis
- Confident use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote
- Practical experience with MS Project, Smartsheet and Jira
- Ability to produce executive-ready PowerPoint material without support
- Familiarity with Power BI, SFDC, CPQ and ERP environments is desirable
- Drives outcomes and influences without formal authority
- Clear, concise communication and ability to summarize complex positions for leadership
- Highly organized, with accurate record keeping under pressure
- Professional discretion with confidential organizational and commercial information
- Adaptable and composed in a fast-moving transition environment
- Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and to the USA as required
