Job Description
Analista de Inteligência e Performance at Wiz Co, specializing in data analysis, visualization, and collaboration with engineering teams. Ensuring data quality and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and extract data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and files, using SQL/Python for queries and data manipulation.
- Clean and transform raw data to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop data models and create interactive visualizations in Power BI to present insights and business trends in a clear, understandable, and visually engaging way.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
- Apply data storytelling techniques to establish relevant context and provide clear, actionable conclusions.
- Collaborate effectively with data engineering teams, performance analysts, and data scientists to understand needs and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
- Work closely with the team to develop effective analytical strategies, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in data analysis or a similar role, with emphasis on dashboard development, statistical analysis, and data storytelling.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Python and/or R.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with Databricks and/or PySpark.
