Job Description
Interview Engineer facilitating technical interviews with software developers for Karat's platform. Creating inclusive hiring processes while improving hiring signals and evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical interviews with software developers around the world
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge
- Provide input on the candidate's performance, coding style, and communication skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
