Job Description
Interview Engineer facilitating technical interviews for software developers worldwide. Creating inclusive hiring processes by evaluating coding skills and knowledge while collaborating with Karat.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate an interview through Karat's platform
- Provide input on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers, and coding approach
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
