Job Description
Desenvolvedor ITAM HAM sênior estruturando gestão de ativos de TI na Stefanini. Automatizando fluxos, conciliando CMDB e inventários e criando dashboards e indicadores.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate ITAM with Incident, Request, Change and Problem processes
- Structure the management of the IT asset lifecycle
- Automate equipment receiving, distribution and return workflows
- Reconcile physical assets, financial records and CMDB entries
- Create dashboards, reports and metrics
- Design and implement the ITAM HAM solution
Requirements:
- Ideal profile: Senior ITAM HAM Developer
- Focus on HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Experience in designing and implementing ITAM HAM solutions
