Job Description
Japanese-English medical and legal interpreters providing OPI, VRI, and scheduled sessions. Facilitating critical communication in life-changing healthcare and legal situations remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret Japanese-English communications for medical and legal scenarios
- Provide over-the-phone interpretation (OPI)
- Provide video remote interpretation (VRI)
- Conduct scheduled interpretation sessions
- Facilitate critical communication in life-changing legal and medical scenarios
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of professional interpretation experience
- Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors
- Availability for OPI, VRI, or scheduled appointments
- High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
- Professional, HIPAA-compliant setup
- Wired USB headset with noise cancellation
- At least 10 Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
- English resume including interpretation experience
