Job Description
Java Software Engineer building Spring Boot microservices for a last-mile delivery technology company. Translating client needs into scalable backend solutions and implementation plans.
Responsibilities:
- Shape requirements with the client as the project evolves
- Turn business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Design, build and maintain back-end services in a microservices architecture
- Work directly with the client and keep the team in sync
- Make technical decisions independently and flag risks early
- Contribute to a project expanding a system for a last-mile delivery services company
- Use AI tools, modern technologies, and conceptual work in a dynamic product-development environment
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Practical experience in designing and developing microservices architectures
- Good understanding of asynchronous communication, including message queues and event-based messaging
- Experience with NoSQL databases and an understanding of eventual consistency
- Solid knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs
- Fluent English
- Native-level Polish
