Job Description
Customer Representative supporting banking and card customers remotely for U.S. Bank. Handling authorization, account, payment, and billing inquiries in English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support for banking and card-related inquiries
- Handle incoming calls and written requests from customers in English
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact whenever possible
- Support transaction authorization processes and handle sensitive card-related data
- Assist customers with account-related topics, payments, and billing issues
- Escalate complex cases to dedicated teams when required
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
- Follow defined procedures and comply with financial regulations
- Build positive and professional customer relationships
- Work in a 24/7 home-based remote shift environment
Requirements:
- Very good command of English (C1), written and spoken
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and ability to navigate systems
- Ability to work with procedures and deadlines
- Full flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- First experience in customer service, call center, or banking is nice to have
- Interest in financial products and customer support is nice to have
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety policies
