Job Description
Carrier onboarding project manager implementing Transporeon logistics software and training transport partners. Supporting customer success across Kraków or remote Poland for Trimble’s freight network.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within agreed target timelines
- Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes
- Deliver tailored Transporeon network solutions
- Provide interactive training and continuous specialized support for key software users
- Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust customer relationships across the network
- Become a recognized subject matter expert within the transportation and logistics sector
Requirements:
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Proven background within customer service or customer care environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast technical comprehension
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proactivity and high personal reliability
- Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite products
- Additional foreign language fluency is a strong plus
