Job Description

Júnior Financial Analyst managing contracts and billing processes. Join a SaaS company focused on construction, legal intelligence, operational efficiency, and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and reviewing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and enabling the proper start of the billing process;
  • Validate that sales entered by the commercial team adhere to negotiated proposals, internal policies, and the company's operational workflows;
  • Support the control and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) with clients, ensuring the proper progress of the billing process;
  • Provide operational support for billing issuance, verification, and monitoring routines;
  • Assist in sending duplicate invoices and other financial documents to clients;
  • Facilitate coordination between internal areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, ensuring alignment of contractual information;
  • Identify registration, contractual, and operational inconsistencies, proposing improvements for greater efficiency and process security;
  • Demonstrate a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence and automations can transform processes, experiences, and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience with billing routines, contract management, or administrative/commercial back-office;
  • Experience in checking information, validating documents, and maintaining operational controls;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and spreadsheet management).
  • Differentials / Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) or other ERP systems such as SAP, Protheus, or similar;
  • Familiarity with automation tools and Artificial Intelligence applications to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
