Job Description

Key Account Director managing BPA/Insurer Services key accounts with responsibilities in strategic engagement and client satisfaction. Supporting digital roadmap and continuous improvement propositions.

Responsibilities:

  • partnering and developing key accounts
  • responsible for looking at strategic and transactional engagement throughout the life cycle of the contract
  • fostering strong partnerships
  • improving client satisfaction and their experience
  • support CPS with its digital roadmap aspirations through effective communication to clients
  • successful buy in to all CPS continuous improvement propositions
  • support operations through active and accountable client management
  • ensure that management of and delivery of all services to clients is carried out effectively
  • delivery of agreed client and contractual expectations and obligations
  • oversight and approval of invoicing as per the contract and the services provided
  • support client strategy (short & long term)
  • lead on instructions of services into the delivery team
  • actively manage and resolve claims and commercial issues.
  • maximise opportunities for upsell, cross-sell or project revenue across individual client portfolio

Requirements:

  • An experienced Account Director that has worked in the financial services, outsourcing or other regulated sector
  • Experience of BPA/Insurer services would be desirable
  • Understanding of Pensions Operations
  • Growth mindset ~ ability to lead change and instil a culture of learning and excellence
  • Experience of working on a portfolio of accounts
  • Understand the importance and deliver against individual objectives and to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results.
  • Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
  • Solid understanding of commercial pricing models to ensure revenue growth and maintain CPS profitability targets
  • Relationship Management: able to build, nurture and maintain deep, trusted relationships with client(s) and in so doing is able, to assimilate the client’s strategic and near-term operating challenges and priorities
