Job Description
Key Account Manager für Convenience, Travel Retail und E-Commerce bei Krombacher, einem deutschen Getränkeanbieter. Steuerung von Kundenbeziehungen, Budgets, KPIs und Vertriebsstrategien für Krombacher und Schweppes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Convenience including Travel Retail, E‑Commerce and new channels
- Strategic development of cooperation across all relevant sales levels
- Responsibility for sales, margin and volume for Krombacher and Schweppes
- Leading annual negotiations and implementing central agreements
- Responsibility for listings, assortment strategies and promotion plans
- Management of customer budgets
- Analysis of sell-through and performance KPIs
- Initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations from targets
- Development and successful implementation of customer-specific concepts in cooperation with the field sales team
- Direct reporting to the Group Account Manager Rewe
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with an additional qualification (e.g., state-certified business administrator/Betriebswirt or certified retail specialist/Handelsfachwirt)
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in grocery/food retail (LEH), ideally in the beverage or consumer goods industry
- Experience in key account management; experience with online channels and travel retail is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong deal-closing ability
- Partnership-oriented customer focus
- Strong analytical understanding of KPIs and customer profitability
- Willingness to travel
- Confident user of MS Office, CRM systems and digital sales tools
