Job Description
Key Account Manager managing Krombacher's convenience, e-commerce, and new channels. Driving strategic development and maintaining partnerships across sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for convenience channels, including Travel Retail, e‑commerce and new channels
- Drive the strategic development of collaboration across all relevant sales channels
- Responsible for sales, profitability and volume for Krombacher (including all variants) as well as Schweppes
- Conduct annual review meetings and ensure consistent implementation of central agreements
- Responsible for listings, assortment strategies and promotion plans
- Manage customer budgets and analyze sales-out and performance KPIs
- Develop customer-specific concepts and ensure successful implementation
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with an additional qualification (e.g., Betriebswirt / business economist, Handelsfachwirt / certified retail specialist)
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in grocery retail (LEH), ideally in the beverage or consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Experience managing key accounts, particularly in online and travel retail, is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills, proven closing ability and a partnership-oriented customer approach
- Strong analytical understanding of KPIs and customer profitability
- Willingness to travel and confident use of MS Office, CRM systems and digital sales tools
