Job Description
Key Account Manager growing Tropicana Brands Group’s convenience-sector sales across South Texas. Managing retail relationships, promotions, pricing, assortment, and market-share growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key Convenience accounts within the assigned territory
- Ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, and visibility
- Identify opportunities to expand product offerings, improve shelf positioning, and increase sales volume
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and in-store promotions for key accounts
- Optimize product assortment with the category management team
- Implement pricing strategies and optimize account pricing for profitability and competitiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams
- Drive sales and market share growth within the Convenience sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management
- Preferably experience within the CPG industry and convenience channel
- Experience managing key accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales in convenience-store or retail environments
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Ability to develop actionable strategies driving account growth and profitability
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and independently in a home office
- Must be located in South Texas
- Travel up to 20%
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong PC skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
