Job Description
Key Account Manager für sichere Energiesektor-Software bei IT Sonix. Aufbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen und Vertriebspipeline im Utilities- und Energiewendeumfeld.
Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with key players driving the energy transition and continuously develop relationships with top accounts in the energy sector
- Build a sustainable sales pipeline
- Represent IT Sonix at relevant industry events, such as E-world
- Advise decision-makers on smart metering, smart grid management, and the use of AI for load forecasting or grid optimization
- Take responsibility for sales while considering critical industry regulations, such as KRITIS requirements, BSI requirements, and the IT Security Catalog
- Work closely with agile coaches, UI/UX designers, and software developers to design tailored, highly secure software solutions
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on the energy sector or IT
- Several years of demonstrable B2B sales experience in the utilities industry, or extensive experience working for an energy provider or energy consultancy
- Strong understanding of industry processes, including generation, grids, retail, and trading
- Strong interest in modern software architectures, AI use cases, and data security
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at management level
- Diplomatic acumen when dealing with complex stakeholder structures
- Strong network in the energy industry
- Very good written and spoken German
