Job Description

Key Account Manager growing strategic North American client accounts for egg, an events and experiences agency. Driving partnerships, revenue, negotiations, and new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop strategic client accounts
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue growth
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor throughout the client journey
  • Turn newly won North American accounts into long-term partnerships by building trust at VP and C level
  • Identify opportunities to grow client work
  • Lead account planning, commercial conversations and contract negotiations
  • Balance client value with egg's commercial interests
  • Develop new business opportunities in North America using egg's European and global client roster
  • Work with Key Account Directors to create introductions and open new conversations
  • Monitor account performance, financials and profitability
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities
  • Help build egg's presence in North America
  • Guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience managing and growing key client accounts within an event, experiential, communications or creative agency environment
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability and contract negotiations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Comfortable using data, insights and reporting to support client and commercial decisions
  • Able to understand and manage a P&L, maintaining a good relationship with the Finance team
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working across markets and cultures
